To get an A3Charge power bank, simply follow below mention process
No, you have to find another nearest A3Charge station to return to the power bank. However, check the box status on the app to know whether it's offline or not. The app will show whether the dispenser is offline or online along with how many power banks and empty slots are available. If you return the power bank to an offline dispenser, your subscription time will not end. Hence it's suggested to only return the power bank on the online dispenser.
If in case the power bank is lost, kindly inform the support desk immediately. You will be charged for the lost power bank against your account. The charges will be deducted from the security deposit and subscription charges being forfeited against the price of the A3 Charge power bank.
This happens because the dispenser is not connected to the network, So wait for 5 mins and then a session will end automatically, and no charges in such circumstances will be charged. Anyhow, if the rental session does not end in 5 min, please contact customer support.
A3Charge Power banks come with all standard cables as per the market. Currently, we have iOS, types-C & micro. If your device is not compatible with any of the mentioned types, you can still use the A3Charge power bank by connecting the desired cable in the USB A port on the power bank.
While returning the power bank into the A3Charge dispenser, please ensure that the power bank is locked properly. And to confirm the same make sure that you hear a locking sound from the dispenser after dropping it and the green led lights on the power bank start blinking as an indication of charging. At the same time, make sure that your rental session has ended and you have received a notification on the app.
Note: Please allow notifications on the A3Charge App to end the rental session automatically. If not allowed, then you have to manually refresh the session screen to verify that the rental session has ended successfully. For further issues, reach out to the customer support.
The security deposit is refunded automatically post your plan expiry or if you complete all your swaps in the current plan, whichever is earlier in your source payment mode. For any issues related to security refund you can contact a3charge support.
